Floating Holiday: 4 hours for part-time Team Members and 8 hours for full-time Team
               Members.

               Holidays falling on Saturday are observed on the preceding Friday; those falling on Sunday
               are observed on the following Monday. (Support Center)

               No holiday pay will be paid to a Team Member who is on an unpaid status or any leave of
               absence, unless where required by law. Any hourly Team Member who works on any of the
               Company’s observed holidays will earn overtime for the hours worked.

               If an hourly Team Member is scheduled to be off on a holiday, and does not work any hours
               during the holiday, the hourly Team Member will not be paid. If an hourly Team Member
               works on an observed holiday, the Team Member will be paid time and a half.


               Paid Time Off (PTO)

               Rather than allocating Team Member separate amounts of time off for sick, vacation, and
               personal days, iFLY provides Paid Time Off (PTO) to give Team Member greater flexibility to
               meet their personal needs. Eligible Team Member will accrue PTO days each year to use
               however they want, up to a certain amount each year. The amount of PTO earned will
               depend on your length of service with iFLY. iFLY may require you to use any accrued PTO
               during unpaid family and medical leave, or any other leave of absence, subject to applicable
               laws and regulations.

               Please note that this policy does not replace iFLY’s holiday schedule.

               PTO Accrual
               Team Member begin accruing PTO immediately upon hire but may begin using accrued PTO
               on their 90  day of employment.  In extenuating circumstances, a manager has discretion to

               request PTO that has been accrued. Team Member may not go into a negative balance.)

               Eligible Tunnel Full-Time Team Member who are employed on a regular, full-time basis
               accrue PTO as follows:
