judgement is affected or can be called into question because of a close relationship. For this
reason, when a romantic or close relationship develops between two Team Members, where
one Team Member directly or indirectly supervises or is responsible for auditing the work of
the other, the Company needs to be notified. Such relationships may be disruptive to the
work environment by creating or appearing to be a conflict of interest and can lead to
allegations of favoritism, discrimination and sexual harassment.

While iFLY does not wish to interfere with the private lives of a Team Member or their off-
duty conduct, where such conduct creates a conflict of interest, iFLY reserves the right to
take appropriate action, at its sole discretion, to protect its interests. Such actions may
include reassignment, transfer or termination of employment.

               Business Gift
We always want to avoid the appearance of impropriety in the acceptance of gifts from
business contacts or vendors. It is the express policy of iFLY that you are prohibited from,
either directly or indirectly, asking, demanding, exacting, soliciting, or seeking, anything of
value of $50 or more, for yourself or for any other person or entity. This excludes any tips
               received from customers.

               Workspace
Team Members are responsible for maintaining the workspace assigned to them. A clean,
orderly workspace provides an environment conducive to working efficiently. Team
Members should keep in mind that their workspace is part of a professional environment
that portrays iFLY’s overall dedication to providing quality service to its clients. Therefore,
your workspace should be clean, organized, and free of items that are not required to
               perform your job.

               Office Equipment
Certain equipment is assigned to staff depending on the needs of the job, such as a
calculator, personal computer, printer and access to our central computers and servers.
This equipment is the property of iFLY and cannot be removed from the office without prior
approval from your supervisor. iFLY expects that you will treat this equipment with care and
report any malfunctions immediately to staff members equipped to diagnose the problem
               and take corrective action.

               Personnel Records
It is always important that iFLY maintain accurate personnel records. You are responsible
for notifying your immediate supervisor or the People Team of any change in name, home
address, telephone number, immigration status, or any other pertinent information. By
