Additional helmet care requirements include:
                   •  No stickers will be placed on the helmet other than the logo that iFLY will apply and
                       the approved name sticker.
                   •  Helmets are not to be used head-down on the net without navy colored tape.
                   •  Instructors are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the company-issued
                       helmet. If the maintenance and upkeep  of the helmet is not maintained, then the
                       instructor is solely responsible for replacing the helmet.
                   •  If the instructor leaves the company, the helmet must be forfeited to iFLY.
                   •  Only  red iFLY tunnel side plates are to be worn on the  company-issued, full face
                       helmet.
                   •  Only Team Members in Instructor positions are provided a company-issued, full face
                       helmet.

               Construction

               Any iFLY Team Member visiting an iFLY construction site and/or performing any work on a
               construction site is required to have a hard hat, orange safety vest, and appropriate work boots
               (ideally steel-toed). Team Members performing work on a construction site will be provided
               all items upfront, except for steel-toed boots. Team Members will be reimbursed for the cost
               of the required work boots if a purchase is necessary.

               If you have any questions as to what constitutes appropriate attire, consult with your Manager
               or the People Team.

               Violation of the above “Appearance” code may result in disciplinary action up to and
               including possible termination.


               ETHICS


               iFLY places a high priority on ethical conduct. iFLY does that by making ethical business
               decisions and putting our guests and iFLY’s interest ahead of our own.

               iFLY expects each Team Member across the company to conduct themselves with personal
               and professional integrity, every day. The laws, iFLY policies and procedures provide

               guidelines, however you must also rely on your own conscience and common sense.

               Relationships with Other iFLY Team Members

               iFLY encourages friendship and teamwork, but situations that may lead to a conflict of
               interest must be avoided. A conflict of interest may exist whenever a Team Member’s
