no more than four hours of pay in a single workday. Hourly Team Members will be provided a
               minimum of two (2) hours pay if the Team Member is required to report to work for a second
               time in one workday.

               Hourly Team Members unexpectedly called into work without advance notice are guaranteed
               at least two hours of reporting-time pay.

               Hourly Team Members scheduled in advance to work for a period of less than two hours will
               be paid for the time worked. Mandatory meetings scheduled in advance, but that require an
               hourly Team Member to attend on his/her day off, will be paid for the actual time worked or
               for at least half of the scheduled duration of the meeting, whichever is greater.

               Exceptions to Reporting-Time Pay

               Hourly Team Members will only be paid for the actual hours he/she worked if:

                   •  The Team Member left work early due to illness or to attend to a personal matter;
                   •  If work cannot commence because of threats to Team Members or to iFLY property;
                   •  If work cannot commence because of instruction from civil authorities;

                   •  If work cannot commence because of the failure of public utilities to supply water,
                       sewage, electricity, or gas; or,
                   •  If work cannot commence because an “Act of God” prevents or interrupts work.

               Using the Time-Keeping System to Record All Time Worked
               In addition to the regular functions of one’s position, time worked includes participating in
               formal and informal  training, reviewing or completing training materials, performing
               administrative tasks, preparing schedules or other paperwork, answering the phones, or any
               other reasonable request for work to be completed.


               The following rules must be adhered to daily:

                   •  A Team Member must not clock-in until ready to begin work.
                   •  A Team Member must not clock-in prior to the start of the scheduled shift, unless
                       instructed to do so by a supervisor or manager.
                   •  A Team Member must not perform any work during a rest break.
                   •  A Team Member must clock-out at the beginning of every meal break and clock back
                       in upon returning to work after the meal break.
                   •  A Team Member must clock-out immediately upon completing a shift.
                   •  A  Team Member  must not work any pre-shift or post-shift time unless the  Team
