In addition to the above standards, iFLY requires Team Members to adhere to the following,
subject to addition or revision at any time:

Hair and Nails
• Hair must be kept neat and clean
• No distracting hair color allowed; natural hair colors preferred
• Men may have a fully-grown mustache, beard or goatee that is neatly trimmed and
conservative
• Sideburns should be neat and trimmed
• Fingernails should always be kept clean and well-groomed

Tattoos, Body Piercings and Jewelry

• No vulgar or socially unacceptable tattoos or body piercing are allowed
• Facial piercing should be kept at a minimum and not distracting
• No body piercing of any kind may be worn while flying in the tunnel
• No rings, earrings, necklace or watches are permitted in the tunnel
• Excessive jewelry that distracts from the iFLY brand is not permitted

Instructors

Instructors are issued one (1) flight suit upon hire and will be replaced as needed. If a flight
suit is damaged during the year, the suit must be repaired immediately. iFLY will pay for the
cost of any flight suit repairs provided the damage was not caused by negligence or intentional
damage. If the flight suit does not need to be replaced, the Team Member will continue to use
the provided flight suit. iFLY will provide for all necessary cleaning and repair of flight suit.
Additional requirements include:
• Only flights suits from an approved iFLY supplier are permitted to be worn in the
tunnel while a Team Member is working on the clock.
• Instructor suits are not permitted to leave the property, unless traveling for iFLY and
being used for iFLY approved activities.
• Instructor suits may not be worn for off the clock coaching.
• If a Team Member leaves the company, the flight suit must be forfeited to iFLY.
• Only Team Members in Instructor positions are provided flight suits.

Instructors will also be provided a company-issued, full-face helmet at no cost. After one year,
instructors will be eligible for a replacement helmet, if the helmet needs replacement. If the
helmet does not need to be replaced, the Team Member will continue to use the provided
helmet.
