SCHEDULE
Hours of Work
A Team Member’s hours of work are largely dependent on business needs and the Team
Member’s availability. Weather and business levels fluctuate therefore we are not able to
guarantee hours. The workweek is from Monday through Sunday, with normal operating
hours that are variable hours depending on your role at iFLY.
Team Members will be expected to make themselves available for work for a minimum
number of days or hours each week. The inability or failure to work an established, routine
schedule may result in separation of employment. Team Members are responsible for
checking their schedules in advance and checking with their supervisor or manager for their
schedule. Schedule changes must be cleared through your supervisor or manager, in
advance. All requests for days off should be presented to your manager in writing with
advance notice.
From time to time, a Team Member will also be expected to report to work for events such
as promotions, meetings, or training that may fall outside the Team Member’s days or hours
of availability.
Salaried Team Members are required to work approximately fifty (50) hours per week. It is
required the AGM and GM clock-in
Overtime
Hourly Team Members may be asked to work overtime, based on business needs. Hourly
Team Members are required to obtain advance approval from their manager before working
any daily or weekly overtime hours. Working unauthorized overtime or refusal or unavailability
to work overtime is not acceptable work performance and is subject to discipline up to and
including termination of employment.
Hourly Team Members will be paid for all hours worked, including overtime subject to and in
accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Salaried exempt Team Members
are expected to work all hours necessary to meet the job objectives and responsibilities. No
extra payment will be made for additional work.
Reporting-Time Pay
Hourly Team Members will be paid for at least half of their scheduled shift in the event they
are sent home early. Reporting-time pay guarantees hourly Team Members at least two, but
