SCHEDULE

               Hours of Work
A Team Member’s hours of work are largely dependent on business needs and the Team
Member’s availability. Weather and business levels fluctuate therefore we are not able to
guarantee hours. The workweek is from Monday through Sunday, with normal operating
hours that are variable hours depending on your role at iFLY.

Team Members will be expected to make themselves available for work for a minimum
number of days or hours each week. The inability or failure to work an established, routine
schedule may result in separation of employment. Team Members are responsible for
checking their schedules in advance and checking with their supervisor or manager for their
schedule. Schedule changes must be cleared through your supervisor or manager, in
advance. All requests for days off should be presented to your manager in writing with
               advance notice.

From time to time, a Team Member will also be expected to report to work for events such
as promotions, meetings, or training that may fall outside the Team Member’s days or hours
               of availability.

Salaried Team Members are required to work approximately fifty (50) hours per week. It is

Team Members are required to obtain advance approval from their manager before working
any daily or weekly overtime hours. Working unauthorized overtime or refusal or unavailability
to work overtime is not acceptable work performance and is subject to discipline up to and
