DRESS CODE AND PUBLIC IMAGE
As a Team Member of iFLY, we expect you to present a clean and professional appearance
when you represent us, whether you are in or outside of the workspace or office. During
business hours, you are expected to present a clean, neat and professional appearance and
to dress according to the requirements of your position. You are expected to adapt to the
work environment at the customer site where you are working.
At no time are you permitted to wear any attire that has imprinted on it any words, slogans,
or pictures that would be considered offensive to another person or that are meant to incite
turmoil or make a political statement.
Tunnel Team Members are required to wear appropriate attire that is clean and free from
holes, tears and excessive wrinkles. The specific definition of “acceptable attire” is subject to
change and currently consists of the following:
• iFLY branded t-shirt or collared shirt (not oversized)
• For instructors, an approved training suit, helmet and goggles
• Black or dark denim pants/skirts at an appropriate length
o Team Members working at an outdoor location or event are permitted to wear
shorts at an appropriate length
• Close toed shoes
• Wear a nametag, except when working in the wind tunnel
• Approved sweatshirts or jackets for warmth (at certain locations)
o Team Members may wear extra clothing under their basic attire for warmth
• Approved logo hats may be worn, if they are clean and neat in appearance. Team
Members may not wear them askew, sideways or backwards
Do not wear:
• Sandals, flip flops, or open-toed shoes
• Jeans, pants, and skirts that are faded, light-washed, distressed, embellished, ripped
or any color other than dark blue or black
• Yoga pants, leggings, sweatpants, or other athletic wear other than the approved iFLY
Instructor shirts
• Shorts- unless approved for specific locations or events
