Member is clocked in.
• A Team Member must not ever clock-in or clock-out for another Team Member, unless
that Team Member is his/her manager.
• If a Team Member misses a punch or forgets to clock in or out, a manual timecard
needs to be completed so the supervisor or manager can accurately reflect your
hours for the day/week. Manual timecards are available from your manager, Payroll
department or People Team.
• Team Members recording another Team Member’s time in or out, having another
Team Member record their time in or out, or falsifying and/or tampering with any
time keeping records, whether it be their own or someone else’s time keeping
records, will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
Please take responsibility for your timecard and consistently and accurately clock in and out
every day. Team Members that fail to follow time clock guidelines, or individuals that falsify
timekeeping records may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
Ensuring accurate payment of hours worked is a priority and it is your responsibility to
commit to accurately clocking in and out each day.
Off-the-Clock Work is Strictly Prohibited
If a supervisor or manager instructs, encourages or permits an hourly Team Member to work
any amount of time “off-the-clock,” the Team Member must immediately report the violation
to the People Team. Supervisors or managers who violate the time recording policy by
instructing or permitting hourly Team Members to work off-the-clock will be subject to
corrective action, up to and including termination of employment.
Any hourly Team Member who works off-the-clock at the direction of a supervisor or
manager, or any hourly Team Member who performs work but does not record the time, will
be subject to corrective action, up to and including termination of employment.
Attendance and Punctuality
It is important for you to report to work on time and to avoid unnecessary absences.
iFLY recognizes that illness or other circumstances beyond your control may cause you to
be absent from work from time to time. However, frequent absenteeism or tardiness may
result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Excessive absenteeism or
frequent tardiness puts an unnecessary strain on your co-workers and can have a negative
impact on the success of iFLY.
You are expected to report to work when scheduled. Whenever you know in advance that

manager on duty. If your absence is unexpected, you should attempt to reach your
