We encourage current Team Members to recruit new talent for our Company. Please see

iFLY Referral Program
iFLY is always looking for good people, and you can help! Research has shown, and our own
experience supports, new hires who come into a company through Team Member referrals
are excellent contributors, stay with the company longer and are a more cost-
effective recruit. That’s where you come in!
If you know someone who would be a good addition to iFLY and they meet the qualifications
for an existing open position, you may be awarded up to $500 (less taxes) if you refer them
for employment and they are hired. Refer candidates who meet the qualifications of an
open position using the attached Candidate Referral Form. If your referral is hired, you will
be awarded a bonus within 30 days of their hire date.
Team Members interested in utilizing the Referral Bonus Program are responsible for
completing and submitting a Candidate Referral form prior to the candidate signing an offer
letter.
Promotions and Transfers
To match you with the job for which you are most suited and/or to meet the business and
operational needs of iFLY, you may be transferred from your current job. This may be either
at your request or as a result of a decision by iFLY.
Reasons for transfer may include, but are not necessarily limited to, fluctuations in
department workloads or production flow; a desire for more efficient utilization of personnel;
increased career opportunities; personality conflicts; health; other personal situations; or
other business reasons. Temporary transfers may be made at the discretion of iFLY
management.
Most job openings that are intended to be filled from within iFLY will be posted on the iFLY
intranet. The management of iFLY does reserve the right, however, to transfer or promote a
Team Member without posting the availability of that position.
A Team Member is eligible to request a transfer and to be considered for a promotion upon
completion of three (3) months of satisfactory job performance. However, a transfer may
take place sooner if the management of iFLY believes that it is in the best interest of iFLY to
make an exception to this guideline. Your eligibility is also dependent, of course, on your
having the needed skills, education, experience and other qualifications that are required for
the job.
