immediate supervisor as soon as possible, but in no event later than one hour before you are
due at work.
No Call/No Show Policy
A Team Member who fails to report to work and fails to call in may be considered a “No
Call/No Show.” If you are absent for three scheduled days in a row without calling your
leader, you will be considered to have voluntarily terminated employment with iFLY.
Mechanical Shutdowns
In the event of mechanical shutdown or any other action that results in closing, all hourly Team
Members reporting to work will be paid a minimum of two hours and in compliance with the
Reporting-Time Work policy.
Inclement Weather
iFLY is open for business unless there is a government-declared state of emergency or
unless you are advised otherwise by your supervisor. There may be times when we will
delay opening, and on rare occasions, we may have to close. Use common sense and your
best judgment when traveling to work in inclement weather.
If the tunnel is shut down for the entire day, Team Members who are scheduled to work will
be paid in full for their entire shift.
If the tunnel closes early or opens late, Team Members whose schedule overlaps with the
closed portion will be paid in full for their shift.
• For example, a Team Member is scheduled (10am – 6pm):
o If the tunnel closes at 1pm, the Team Member will be paid for the full shift.
o If the tunnel does not open until 1pm, the Team Member will be paid for their
full shift.
If the tunnel is open, but a Team Member is not able to make it in, they can use any available
PTO. The choice to use PTO will be up to the Team Member. We will excuse any absences
for the duration of the storm.
