TEAM MEMBER TRAVEL & EXPENSE POLICY

               All team members must abide by, sign, and acknowledge the Team Member Travel &
               Expense Policy in UltiPro.

               LEAVING IFLY



               If you wish to resign your employment with iFLY, we request that you notify your manager
               of your anticipated departure date at least two (2) weeks in advance. This notice should be
               in the form of a written note or letter.

               You will be paid for accrued but unused paid time off as part of your last paycheck. See
               State Addendums for final payout policies.

               iFLY asks all Team Members to participate in an exit interview with their immediate
               supervisor prior to leaving iFLY. This provides an opportunity to return parking passes, keys
               and other property and to tie up any loose ends. You will receive preliminary information at
               that time regarding continuation coverage and any other continuation of benefits for which
               you may be eligible.
