Australia Day Lamingtons
A group of enthusiastic CAS and GC1 Food Science and Technology students
had a lot of fun making about 400 lamington cakes over 2 sessions which were
sold and enjoyed alongside the Australia Day BBQ this January. Thanks to Ms
Erin and Ms Alaa who assisted the girls and congratulations to the students
for making such delicious, classic Australian sweet treats to contribute to the
fantastic VISS fundraising effort!
