• Anti – bullying
• Self – defense
o Arm cross -out
o Ninja roll
o Shoulder ninja roll
o How to fall back (Bend knees, sit/roll back and slap the ground with
palms and forearm)
Junior Class
*Warm-up (Obstacle Course)
o Jumping Jacks, High knees, Kicking to the side, push-ups, mountain
climbers, squats, ninja rolls and back rolls, ninja roll and split stretch
o Simple stretching neck, shoulders, waist and legs
o Obstacle Courses x2: – Starting Point: Balance balls
- Jump over the cones
- Limbo
- Lava island with wave masters and kick
- Ninja wall climbing
- long air mat ninja roll
- long air mat blast master fight with instructor

White, Yellow, Orange:
o Anti-bullying
o Ninja roll
o Shoulder ninja roll
o Side fall
o Back fall
o Cartwheel
Purple, Green, Blue:
o Jump ninja roll
o Front fall (make a triangle with your body)
o Back Fall (hands next to the ears)
o Cartwheel
