               Purple, Green, Blue –

                       Purple:
                                            o  Right leg in front turn left leg in walking stance
                                                (Practicing inside to down block transition)

                       Green:
                                            o  Right leg in front back stance, turn left leg in front
                                                back stance (Practicing double knife to outside block
                                                transition)


                       Blue:
                                            o  Right leg in front, front stance to left leg in front back
                                                stance (Practicing Back fist to single knife hand
                                                transition)

                       Board breaking practice

                              Purple –Side kick/Pop Side
                              Green – Back kick/Pop Back
                              Blue – Front Leg Hook/ Spinning Hook kick

                       Brown, red, high red -
                       Brown:
                                            o  Right leg in front, front stance, left leg round house,
                                                land in front turn right let in front, front stance

                                                (Practicing second concentration to down block front
                                                stance transition)
                       Red:
                                            o  Right leg in front, front stance to left leg right leg in
                                                front, front stance (Practicing scissor block to double
                                                outside block transition)

                       High red:
                                            o  Right leg in front, front stance to left leg front
                                                *reverse front stance (both feet facing same
                                                direction) (Practicing front stance inside block,
                                                double punch to single mountain block)
