Pee – Wee
1. Pivot and Chamber (Focus on keeping standing
knee straight)
2. Sitting on the floor front kick practice (Focus
keeping the kicking knee straight)
3. Standing up poomsae front kick (Focus on
rechamber)
4. First part of form and moving forward
5. Jumping front kicks
Junior Class:
Warm-up (Focus on Strengthening legs): Burpees, squats, lunges, ski jumps,
duck walk, bunny hops, etc.
White, Yellow, Orange:
White:
o Pivot and Chamber (Focus on keeping standing
knee straight)
o Sitting on the floor front kick practice (Focus
keeping the kicking knee straight)
o Standing up poomsae front kick (Focus on
rechamber)
o First part of form and moving forward
o Front kick on pad with instructor
Board breaking practice (Practice touching knees to the pads before
kicking)
White – Pop front kick
Yellow – Pop R.H
Orange – Pop R.H
