American Tigers 10 Week Curriculum Version 2: Week 4




                                                   Form and Breaking
                                             (Week 4 Monday and Tuesday)
               *Main Curriculum: Block and Stance
               Pee – Wee (3 stations)
                                                1.  Walking and Front stance down block
                                                2.  2x kick and turn
                                                3.  Same as station one in different directions
               Breaking technique:

                                            White: pop front
                                            Yellow and orange: Pop round
                                            Purple, green, blue: Pop side
                                            Brown, Red, Black: Back kick
               Junior Class
                       Warm-up (Focus on Strengthening Arms): Pushups, bear crawls, shoulder
                       touches, etc.


               White, Yellow, Orange: (3 stations)

                                 1.  Kick 2x and turn, Focus on front kick
                                 2.  Stance and Block   White: Walking stance down/High Block
                                                           Yellow: Front stance down/Inside block
                                                           Orange: Front stance down/Inside block
                                 3.  Review and practice week 2 turn

                          o  Practice form

               Breaking Technique:
                                            White: Push kick Pop push kick
                                            Yellow and Orange: Axe and round
