High-Red: 360 back kick, left leg jumping, triple front kick

Higher belts: round house kick

2. Skip push or round house
3. Skip push or round with front leg + back leg

4. 2 skip push or round house + back leg push or

5. 2 skip push or round house + back leg push or
roundhouse + double
Junior Class:
Warmup: Focus on using rings to hop in out and around
Stretching: Stretch using the rings
Use both legs for combinations
White, Yellow, Orange: (white belts will do push instead of round)
