American Tigers 10 Week Curriculum Version 2: Week 6
Purple, Green, Blue:
1. Practice moving in back stance with red or blue pads
on top of head (focus on staying low, pivot and
keeping back straight)
2. Practice moving in back stance under long white belt
3. Balance ball
*Single knife- purple
*Double knife – green
*Outside block - Blue
Breaking Technique:
Purple: Back Side kick
Green: Pop Back kick
Blue: 360 Back Kick
Brown, red, high Red:
1. Walking in tiger stance with blue or red pad on top of head
2. Walking under long white belt in tiger stance
3. Practice peri on top of wooden balance
Breaking Technique:
Brown: 360 Back Kick
Red: 360 Spinning hook
High Red: Step Spinning round
Sparring

Line up 4-5 wave masters:
o Running zig zag
o Knee up zig zag
