               Breaking techniques:

                                                   White – Pop Push
                                                   Yellow – Pop axe
                                                   Orange – Pop side

               Purple, Green, Blue: 3 stations
                                                       1.  Kicking station (Side kick)
                                                              o  Holding bar bottom leg straight while
                                                                  chamber kicking and rechambering

                                                       2.  Blocking station (w/ weights)
                                                              o  Outside block
                                                              o  High block
                                                              o  Inside block
                                                       3.  Pulling the resistance band
                                                              o  Move only upper body and practice
                                                                  hip twist

               Breaking techniques
                                                   Purple – Running jumping roundhouse
                                                   Green – Side kick back
                                                   Blue – Running 360 Back kick

               Brown, red, high Red: 3 stations
                                                       1.  Kicking station (Front Kick & Roundhouse
                                                           kick)

                                                              o  Holding bar bottom leg straight while
                                                                  chamber kicking and rechambering
                                                       2.  Blocking station (w/ weights)
                                                              o  Twist block
                                                              o  Palm block
                                                              o  Double down block

                                                       3.  Pulling the resistance band
                                                              o  Move only upper body and practice
                                                                  hip twist
               Breaking Techniques
                                                   Brown – Split
                                                   Red – Superman punch + Kick
                                                   High Red – Triple front kick
