                                              (Week 7 Wednesday and Thursday)
                       *Main curriculum: Moving back and Kicking
                       Pee – Wee
                              Warmup:
                                                o  Ladder drills: Running, Switch legs, Hopping

                                                W/ instructors

                                                1.  Instructor swings pad, student slides to the side
                                                   push kick or roundhouse kick
                                                2.  One skip back + two kicks
                                                3.  Two skips back + two kicks
                                                4.  Step back + front leg kick

                       Junior Class:

                       Warmup:
                                                o  Ladder drills: Running, Switch legs, Hopping, Skip,
                                                   step, sliding

               White, Yellow, Orange: (w: push kick y & o: roundhouse)

                                                W/ instructors
                                                1.  Instructor swings pad, student slides to the side 2x

                                                   push kick or roundhouse kick
                                                2.  One skip back + two kicks
                                                3.  Two skip back + two kicks
                                                4.  Step back + front leg kick + push or roundhouse
