American Tigers 10 Week Curriculum Version 2: Week 6
Form and Breaking
(Week 6 Monday and Tuesday)
Main Curriculum: Front stance
Pee – Wee (3 stations)
1. Practice balancing red and blue pads on top of
head while holding stance
2. Walk under long white belt
3. Balance on balance ball
Breaking technique: (depending on belt color)
1. Practice Jumping front, round and flying side
kick in place
2. Same kicks w/ running
Junior Class
Warm-up (Focus on balancing) one leg holding in place, hoping forward
using one leg, bouncing onto and off of blast masters etc.
White, Yellow, Orange: (3 stations)
1. Practice moving in front stance with red or blue pads
on top of head (focus on keeping back straight)
2. Walking under long white belt in walking stance
(focusing keeping body low and not coming up)
3. Front stance on top of balance ball
Breaking Technique:
White: Double front kick, jumping front kick in place and
running jumping front kick
Yellow and Orange: Double roundhouse kick, jumping
roundhouse kick in place and running jumping
roundhouse kick
