                                                             Sparring
                                              (Week 4 Wednesday and Thursday)
                       *Main curriculum: Counter Kicks
                       Pee – Wee
                       Lower belt Push and Higher belt round
                                 1.  Slide back + Push or Round
                                 2.  Switch + Push or Round


                       Junior Class:
                        Warmup: Cones in zig zag pattern (sliding, slide and knee up, Slide round,
                       skip knee up, lower belt skip round, higher belts 2x skip then cut) (each leg)

                       Stretching: Front stance rotating knees, stretch kick, outside crescent,
                       inside crescent, sitting one leg reaching to other


                       Use both legs for combinations
               White, Yellow, Orange: (white belts will do push instead of round)
                                                1.  Sliding back, back leg round
                                                2.  Sliding back front leg round
                                                3.  Slide back round house kick and push kick
                                                4.  Switch leg front leg round
                                                5.  Switch leg front leg round + push


               Purple, Green, Blue:
                                                   1.  Slide back 2x cut kick + push kick
                                                   *Green and blue Back kick instead of push
                                                   2.  Switch 2x round house
                                                   *Green and Blue round and crescent
                                                   3.  Step back 2x Round

                                                   *Green and Blue step back, Back kick
