WHITE BELT ORIENTATION

                   1. Welcome and Thank you.

                   2. School Procedure- Begin by explaining the process the children go through
                   when coming to class.
                          a. Attendance- Now that your child/family has started training, it is vital that
we maintain their momentum. 2 to 3 times a week will ensure they are
receiving enough repetition on their curriculum and also growing with the
benefits that you are looking for.
                          b. Etiquette- Bow to the teachers, keep school clean by putting shoes in
cubbies. Get card sit on the edge of the mat

                   3. Mention special events and testing (can give a list but not too heavy on
                   details).

                   4. Our staff are the ones who make the difference. Our instructors take a sincere
interest in all of the students they are polite, enthusiastic, hard working and
dedicated to making sure that you and your child’s experience is positive and
                   beneficial.
Our master instructor is… Any time there are questions or concerns, please do
not hesitate to ask me or any of our staff.

                   5. What is our goal as instructors? What is our philosophy?
As you may remember at the graduation, our schools have a strong emphasis
about the message behind the moves. As instructors, we are not just teaching
the kids about the physical techniques, we are introducing to the kids to goal
setting by putting in front of them small step by step challenges. Helping them to
overcome those challenges is where the students grow in confidence. You can
see that through the structure of our classes is how we help our students to
                   develop stronger focus and attention.

                   6. Black Belt Curriculum Review
The time frame that you can anticipate for your child to reach their first belt is
approximately 2-4 months. “Parents as confusing as this may sound, I am not a
fan of the black belt, I am a fan of the black belt process. These are just tangible
                   goals.
So parents that will I tell you “one of the best things parents do for their
children is supporting them to Black Belt”.

I know that you registered your child/family to WCK part II to see our classes,
watch your children and decide on having them benefit from our program.

So what I would like to do before you leave is schedule an appointment to
meet with every one individually to find out what the reasons are for
registering and to provide everyone with the information on how to
                    continue with our program.
