Leadership Class Instructor Manual

Class Structure:

10 minutes warm-up

Divide into 2 leaders

Have 2nd leader include stretching

10 minutes poomsae

Divide into groups

Have then teach each other one of the forms for 5 mi each

10 minutes breaking techniques

Divide into groups

Have them teach each other a kick such as flying side, jumping front, spinning

kicks, superman punch, or split kick

5 min fun time

Have 1 leader run a fun time activity

How to run the class

The main instructor will decide who is going to do each section and let them know

at the beginning of the class. The main instructor will give feedback at the end of

class. Make sure to include mindset into the feedback.

Black Belt Leadership Student Program

Must be at least 12 yrs old

Training in the Leadership Class for 3 months (45 min/week; Total 10hrs)

Those who get an offer for a job enter the Junior Instructor Program

Junior Instructor Program

Must be at least 14 yrs old

Internship for 3 months: 2 days/week and 3hr/day (27hr/month; Total 81hrs)
