Introduce the student to the instructor and ask parents to fill out form VI.
1. Salute to the flag
Bow to the instructor: a bow is the Taekwondo way of saying hello!
2. Attention
Let the student open their arms and legs and put them together to be
in attention stance. Repeat a few times. Teach them to say Yes, sir or
Yes, ma’am.
3. Warm-up
Jumping Jacks: Demonstrate counting in Korean and then let them
practice. Rotate head, shoulder, waist, and ankles. Up and down with
hands on the knees. Duck and jump with a noodle focusing eyes on
the noodle and landing with the heel later.

Keep your body still
Mind is ready to listen
5. Making a fist and how to punch
Show your expertise. Fist with 2 knuckles and punch with twisting
body.
6. Stance
Ready stance (Jun-bi)
