                                            Target moving forward:

                                                1.  Push kick or round house kick (depending on belt)
                                                2.  Front leg push kick or roundhouse kick, land front
                                                   leg push kick or roundhouse kick
                                                3.  Front leg push kick or roundhouse kick, land back
                                                   leg push kick or roundhouse kick




                       Junior Class:
                                                   Separate into two groups:
                                            1. Kicking blast master (push kick, round house, back
                                            kick, jump back kick and cut kick)
                                            2. w/ instructor sliding, switching and check practice
                                            (higher belts practice step 2x or slide 2x)


               White, Yellow, Orange:
                                                           Target moving forward:
                                                1.  Front leg Push kick or round house kick step
                                                   forward + roundhouse kick (depending on belt)
                                                2.  Front leg push kick or roundhouse kick + check +
                                                   step push or roundhouse
                                                3.  Front leg push kick or roundhouse kick + step +
                                                   double push kick or double roundhouse kick


               Purple, Green, Blue:
                                            1.  Cut, leg down, same leg roundhouse
                                            2.  Cut, leg down, same leg roundhouse + roundhouse
                                                kick
                                            3.  Cut, leg down, same leg roundhouse + double

                                                roundhouse kick + back kick
                                            4.  Cut, leg down, same leg roundhouse + step 2x
                                                roundhouse
                                            5.  Cut, leg down, same leg roundhouse + step 2x double
