a. Position- Head up, hands up, and right leg behind. Look straight.
b. Both legs front kicks in the air; explain how.
c. Both legs front kicks on the pad.
10.Sit down TKD style
a. Crisscross and meditate 20 seconds
11. Finish the intro with attention, salute, and bow
12. Have the students stand up. Say thank you to the parents for waiting and ask
what they liked most about the lesson.
13. Belt and Belt Rules
a. The Belt is your responsibility so take care of it.
b. Don’t let it touch the floor, don’t slap anyone with it, and don’t put it
around your neck or head.
