7. Rules about Taekwondo with Family and Friends

                   Now you learned how to punch. Do you think you can use this on
                   your brothers or sisters or friends or pets? NO! You are trained to be a
                   martial artist. Training is to make yourself stronger so you can defend

                   yourself. If you agree, I’m going to teach you some kicks.

                   8. Kicking position

                   Head up, hands up, and right leg behind. Look straight.

                   9. Front kicks both legs in the air.
