Thirty Three Article نﻮﺛﻼﺜﻟاو ﺔﺜﻟﺎﺜﻟا ةدﺎﳌا

without justified reason, the other party has the right to
get the necessary compensations to compensate him ﻦﻣ ﻩرﺮﺿ مزﻼﻟا ﺾ ﻮﻌﺘﻟا ﻋ لﻮﺼ ا ﻖ ا ﺮﺧ فﺮﻄﻠﻟ

prejudice his right to claim for the rights as per this

If any party request for termination of contract, cancel وأ ﺐ ﺴ ﮫﻧﺎ ﺮﺳ ءﺎﻨﺛأ ﮫ ﻓ وأ ﺪﻘﻌﻟا اﺬ ن ﻓﺮﻄﻟ ا ﺪﺣ أ ﺐﻠﻃ اذإ

Thirty five Article نﻮﺛﻼﺜﻟاو ﺔﺴﻣﺎ ا ةدﺎﳌا
Both parties have the right to amend the terms of this وأ ﻴﻐﺘﻟﺎﺑ ءاﻮﺳ ﺪﻘﻌﻟا اﺬ دﻮﻨﺑ ﻋ ﻞﻳﺪﻌﺘﻟا ن ﻓﺮﻄﻠﻟ ﻖﺤﻳ

of Hajj and take the necessary measures to rapidly
ﺔﻋﺮﺴﻟ ﺔﻣزﻼﻟا ﺑاﺪﺘﻟا ذﺎﺨﺗا و تﺎﻤﻴﻈﻨﺗو تﺎﻤﻴﻠﻌ ﻦﻣ ﺔﺼﺘ ا
respond to calls of the ministry officials and other
government agents. تﺎﻤﻴﻈﻨﺘﻟاو تﺎﻤﻴﻠﻌﺘﻟا ﻩﺬ ﻊﻣ بوﺎﺠﺘﻟا
Thirty Seven Article نﻮﺛﻼﺜﻟاو ﺔﻌ ﺎﺴﻟا ةدﺎﳌا

This contract written in both Arabic and English language, ﻌﳌا فﻼﺘﺧا ﺔﻟﺎﺣ و ﺔﻳ ﻠﺠﻧ ﺔﻐﻠﻟاو ﺔﻴ ﺮﻌﻟا ﺔﻐﻠﻟﺎﺑ اﺬ ﺐﺘﻛ
and in case of difference in meaning or contradiction
يﺬﻟا ﻮ ﻲ ﺮ ﻌﻟا ﺺﻨﻟا نﺈﻓ ن ﺼﻨﻟا ن ﺑ ضرﺎﻌ دﻮﺟو وأ ن ﺘﻐﻠﻟا ن ﺑ

Thirty Eight Article نﻮﺛﻼﺜﻟاو ﺔﻨﻣﺎﺜﻟا ةدﺎﳌا
This contract will be subjected to rules, regulations and لﻮﻌﻔﳌا ﺔ رﺎﺴ ﻟا ﺢﺋاﻮﻠﻟاو ﺔﻤﻈﻧ و مﺎ ﺣﻸﻟ ﺪﻘﻌﻟا اﺬ ﻊﻀﺨﻳ
provisions applied in Saudi Arabia, and especially the
provisions organized Mutamreen and prophet’s Mosque ﺪ ﳌا راوزو ﻦ ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا تﺎﻣﺪﺧ ﻢﻴﻈﻨﺗ مﺎ ﺣأ ﺔﺻﺎﺨ و ﺔﻜﻠﻤﳌﺎﺑ
services and its executive regulation. . ﺔﻳﺬﻴﻔﻨﺘﻟا ﮫﺘﺤﺋﻻو ﻒ ﺮﺸﻟا يﻮﺒﻨﻟا
Thirty Nine Article نﻮﺛﻼﺜﻟاو ﺔﻌﺳﺎﺘﻟا ةدﺎﳌا

In case of any dispute arise between the parties and fail إ عا ﻟا لﺎﺤﻳ ﺎﻳدو ﮫﻠﺣ رﺬﻌ ن ﻓﺮﻄﻟا ن ﺑ عاﺰﻧ بﻮﺸ ﺔﻟﺎﺣ
to settle amicable, will be referred to concerned court in
Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for arbitration as per عا ﻟا اﺬ ﺮﻈﻨﻟ ﺔﻳدﻮﻌﺴﻟا ﺔﻴ ﺮﻌﻟا ﺔﻜﻠﻤﳌﺎﺑ ةﺪﺠﺑ ﺔﺼﺘ ا ﺔﻤﻜ ا
the applied regulations and rules in the Kingdom. . ﺔﻜﻠﻤﳌا ﺔ رﺎﺴﻟا ﺔﻤﻈﻧ و مﺎ ﺣ ﻖﻓو
Forty Article نﻮﻌ ر ةدﺎﳌا
This contract signed in three original copies each party ﺔ فﺮﻃ ﻞ ﻆﻔﺤﻳ ﺔﻴﻠﺻأ ﺔﺛﻼﺛ ﻦﻣ ﺪﻘﻌﻟا اﺬ رﺮﺣ
takes his copy and the copy will be deposited at the
