Twenty four Article: : نوﺮﺸﻌﻟا و ﺔﻌ اﺮﻟا ةدﺎﳌا

Obligations of the first party: : ﻳ ﺎﻤﺑ لو فﺮﻄﻟا م ﻠﻳ
1- Provide the second party with all regulations issued by
ministry of Haj which organized the service via the ا ةرازو ﻦﻣ ةردﺎﺼﻟا ﻂﺑاﻮﻀﻟا ﺔﻓﺎ ﺑ ﻲ ﺎﺜﻟا فﺮﻄﻟا ﺪ وﺰﺗ ١ -
automatic system. . مﺎﻈﻨﻟا ﻖ ﺮﻃ ﻦﻋ ﺔﻣﺪ ا ﻢﻳﺪﻘﺘﻟ ﺔﻤﻈﻨﳌا
2- Carry out the agreed services for Mutamreen of the
second party as per the requirements and controls. ﻖ ﻓو ﻲ ﺎﺜﻟا فﺮﻄﻟا يﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌ ﺎ ﻠﻋ ﻖﻔﺘﳌا تﺎﻣﺪ ا ﻢﻳﺪﻘﺘﺑ مﺎﻴﻘﻟا ٢ -

Twenty Five Article: : نوﺮﺸﻌﻟا و ﺔﺴﻣﺎ ا ةدﺎﳌا
Second party obliges and bear to pay the following ﮫﻤﻠﺴ رﻮﻓ ﺔﻴﻟﺎﺘﻟا تﺎﻓوﺮﺼﳌا داﺪﺳ و ﻞﻤﺤﺘﺑ ﻲ ﺎﺜﻟا فﺮﻄﻟا م ﻠﻳ
expenses immediately after receiving invoice by the first
party, which are: : و لو فﺮﻄﻟا ﻞﺒﻗ ﻦﻣ ةرﻮﺗﺎﻔﻠﻟ
1- All the expenses arise from Mutamer failure to travel ﻦﻣ ﺮﻔﺴﻟا ﻦﻋ ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا ﻒﻠﺨﺗ ﻦﻋ ﺔﺠﺗﺎﻨﻟا تﺎﻓوﺮﺼﳌا ﻊﻴﻤﺟ ١ -
such as accommodation and food, travel ticket in . ﺎ ﺪﻣ ءﺎ ﻧا ﺔﻟﺎﺣ ﺮﻔﺳ ةﺮﻛﺬﺗ و ﺔﺷﺎﻋإ و ﺔﻣﺎﻗإ
case of ticket expiry.
2- Penalties imposed by Ministry of Haj in case that وأ ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا شا ﻓا ﺔﻟﺎﺣ ا ةرازو ﺎ ﺿﺮﻔﺗ ﻟا تﺎﻣاﺮﻐﻟا ٢ -
Mutamer used to sleep in streets or other violations ﻟا تﺎﻣاﺮﻐﻟا ﺎﻀﻳأ و تﺎﻣاﺮﻐﻟا و تﺎﻔﻟﺎ ا ﻦﻣ ﻚﻟذ ﻏ
and penalties imposed by department of passports in
case of travel failure. . ﻒﻠﺨﺘﻟا ﺔﻟﺎﺣ تازاﻮ ا ةرادإ ﺎ ﺿﺮﻔﺗ
3- Expenses of transfer Mutamreen to other company, فﺮﻄﻟا رﺎﻌﺷإ مﺪﻌﻟ ىﺮﺧأ ﺔﻛﺮﺸﻟ ﻦ ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا ﻞ ﻮﺤﺗ ﻒ رﺎﺼﻣ ٣ -
whereas the first party was not informed of arrival o
those Mutamreen to the kingdom. At all ports, air, sea ﺔ ﺮﺤﺒﻟاو ﺔ ﻮ ا ﺬﻓﺎﻨﳌا ﻊﻴﻤﺟ ﻋ ﺔﻜﻠﻤﻤﻠﻟ ﻦ ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا لﻮﺻﻮﺑ لو

4- Any other financial dues to the first party of any kind ﻖﻠﻌﺘﺗ ﺎ ﻋﻮﻧ نﺎ ﺎﻳأ لو فﺮﻄﻠﻟ ىﺮﺧأ ﺔﻴﻟﺎﻣ تﺎﻘﺤﺘﺴﻣ ٤ - يأ

First party in cooperation with the second party the ﺔﻣﺰﺣو ﺞﻣا ﻟا ﻲ ﺎﺜﻟا فﺮﻄﻟا ﻊﻣ نوﺎﻌﺘﻟﺎﺑ لو فﺮﻄﻟا ﺪﻌ
programs and a package of services and prices
mentioned in article ten of this contract, contains the ﺪﻘﻌﻟا اﺬ ﻦﻣ ةﺮﺷﺎﻌﻟا ةدﺎﳌا ﺎ ﻟإ رﺎﺸﳌا رﺎﻌﺳ و تﺎﻣﺪ ا
services prices levels about these services which provide ﻟا تﺎﻣﺪ ا ﻩﺬ ﻦﻋ رﺎﻌﺳ تﺎ ﻮﺘﺴﻣو تﺎﻣﺪ ا ﻋ يﻮﺘﺤﺗ
to Mutamreen or prophet’s Mosque visitors or tourists.
