Sixteenth Article: : ﺮﺸﻋ ﺔﺳدﺎﺴﻟا ةدﺎﳌا

months (Safar – Rabie I, Rabie II, Jemaah I, Jemaah II, دﺎﻤﺟ , ﻲ ﺎﺜﻟا ﻊﻴ ر , لو ﻊﻴ ر , ﺮﻔﺻ ) ﺮ ﺷ ﺾﻔﺨﻨﳌا ﻢﺳﻮﳌا % ٢٥

Eighteenth Article: : ﺮﺸﻋ ﺔﻨﻣﺎﺜﻟا ةدﺎﳌا
Whereas, article thirty eight and thirty nine of the ﺔﺤﺋﻼﻟا ﻦﻣ نﻮﺛﻼﺜﻟا و ﺔﻌﺳﺎﺘﻟا و نﻮﺛﻼﺜﻟا و ﺔﻨﻣﺎﺜﻟا ةدﺎﳌا ﺖﻧﺎ ﺎﳌ

nearest health center in case of disease of any Mutamer ﺔﺑﺎﺻإ ﺔﻟﺎﺣ ﺻ ﺰﻛﺮﻣ بﺮﻗأ غﻼﺑﺈﺑ لو فﺮﻄﻟا مﺰﻠﺗ ﺔﻳﺬﻴﻔﻨﺘﻟا
or bring the doctor to the residence if needed on the cost ﺖﻋد اذإ ﻦﻜﺴﻟا ﺮﻘﻣ إ ﺐ ﺒﻄﻟا رﺎﻀﺣإ وأ ﻦ ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا ﻦﻣ يأ

case of Mutamer death , and take the necessary ﺔﺼﺘ ا تﺎ ا غﻼﺑإ ﻚﻟﺬﻛ و ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا ﺔﻘﻔﻧ ﻋ ﻚﻟذ إ ﺔﺟﺎ ا
procedures for burial in the kingdom, or deport his dead وأ ﺔﻜﻠﻤﳌا ﮫﻨﻓﺪﻟ ﺔﻣزﻼﻟا تﺎ ﺗ ﺒ ﻟا ذﺎﺨﺗا و ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا ةﺎﻓو ﺔﻟﺎﺣ

relatives, therefore, second party obliges to pay all the
amounts that he paid to the first party in kieu of ﻦﻋ لو فﺮﻄﻟا ﺎ دﺪﺳ ﻟا ﻎﻟﺎﺒﳌا ﺔﻓﺎ داﺪﺴ ﻲ ﺎﺜﻟا فﺮﻄﻟا م ﻟا
Mutamer for medical cure and the resulted expenses or إ ﮫﻧﺎﻤﺜﺟ ﻞﻘﻧ وأ ﻒ رﺎﺼﻣ ﻦ ﮫ ﻣ ﻨﻋ ﺐﺗ ﻳ ﺎﻣ و ﮫﺟﻼﻋ ﺔﺠﻴ ﻧ ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا
deport of his dead body back to his country in case of
death, second party has the right to mention this اﺬ جاردإ ﻖ ا ﻲ ﺎﺜﻟا فﺮﻄﻠﻟ و ﷲ رﺪﻗ ﻻ ﻩ ﺎﻓﻮﻟا ﺔﻟﺎﺣ ﻩﺪﻠﺑ
