Twenty Eight Article نوﺮﺸﻌﻟاو ﺔﻨﻣﺎﺜﻟا ةدﺎﳌا
Second party agrees to complete all necessary ﺔ ﻟ ﺔﻣزﻼﻟا ﺔﻴﻣﺎﻈﻨﻟا تاءاﺮﺟ ﻊﻴﻤﺟ ﻋ ﻲ ﺎﺜﻟا فﺮﻄﻟا ﻖﻓاﻮﻳ

the sold program by the first party or any damages or وأ لو فﺮﻄﻟا ﻞﺒﻗ ﻦﻣ عﺎﺒﳌا ﺞﻣﺎﻧ ﻟا ﻋ ﺎ ﻓﺮﺻ ﻢﺗ ﻟا ﻒﻴﻟﺎ ﺘﻟاو

Mutamreen or Mutamer back to his native country due

Second party undertakes to pay unordinary effort to ﺮﻤﺘﻌﻣ يأ ﻒﻠﺨﺗ ﺐﻨﺠﺘﻟ يدﺎﻌﻟا ﻏ ﺪ ا لﺬﺒﺑ ﻲ ﺎﺜﻟا فﺮﻄﻟا م ﻠﻳ
avoid travel failure of any Mutamer to departure in his
defined date and travel in the prescribed time, second ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا ﻒﻠﺨﺗ ﺔﻟﺎﺣ و ﺞﻣﺎﻧ ﻟا ﮫﻟ رﺮﻘﳌا ﺪﻋﻮﳌا ةردﺎﻐﳌا ﻦﻋ

equals 25,000 Riyals, first party has the right to liquidate
the bank guarantee issued by the second party for the ﻞﻴ ﺴ ﻖ ا لو فﺮﻄﻠﻟو لﺎ ر ﻒﻟأ ٢٥٠٠٠ ﺎ رﺪﻗ لو فﺮﻄﻟا
