toward the other, and should not violate the provisions و ﺪﻘﻌﻟا اﺬ ﺔﺤﺋ ﻼﻟا و ﻢﻴﻈﻨﺘﻟا مﺎ ﺣأ ﻒﻟﺎﺨﻳ ﻻ ﺎﻤﺑ و ﺮﺧ ﻩﺎﺠﺗ
and the regulation of this contract, each party of this
contract considered responsible directly before Mutamer مﺎﻣأ ةﺮﺷﺎﺒﻣ ﺔﻴﻟﻮﺌﺴﻣ ﻻﻮﺌﺴﻣ ﺪﻘﻌﻟا اﺬ فاﺮﻃأ ﻦﻣ فﺮﻃ ﻞ ﺘﻌ

Mutamer and first party must be provided by a copy of
this contract, and must be mentioned in the contract ﻳ : ﺎﻤﺑ ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا ما ﻟا ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا ن ﺑ و ﮫﻨ ﺑ م ﳌا ﺪﻘﻌﻟا
which signed between him and Mutamer, that Mutamer
will oblige to the following:

1. Comply with regulations, rules and instructions applied . ﺔﻜﻠﻤﳌﺎﺑ لﻮﻌﻔﳌا ﺔ رﺎﺴﻟا تﺎﻤﻴﻠﻌﺘﻟا و ﺢﺋاﻮﻠﻟا و ﺔﻤﻈﻧ ةﺎﻋاﺮﻣ ١ .

2. Leave the kingdom and not stay after termination of ةدﺪ ا ﺔﻣﺎﻗ ةﺪﻣ ءﺎ ﻧا ﺪﻌ ﻒﻠﺨﺘﻟا مﺪﻋ و ﺔﻜﻠﻤﳌا ةردﺎﻐﻣ ٢ .

4. Not permitted to stay to perform Haj whatever the ﻒﻴﻟﺎ ﺗ يأ ﻲ ﺎﺜﻟا فﺮﻄﻟ ا ﻞﻤﺤﺘﻳ و . ﻚﻟﺬﺑ ﺔﻣزﻼﻟا تﺎﻧﺎﻤﻀﻟا ﺬﺧأ ﻊﻣ

5. Second party oblige to pay the sufficient efforts in case
of any travel failure, for departure of Mutamer and ﻊﻴﻤﺟ ماﺪﺨﺘﺳﺎﺑ ﮫﺗدﻮﻋ و ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا ةردﺎﻐﻣ ضﺮﻐ ﻚﻟذ و ﮫﻳﺪﻟ ﻒﻠﺨﺗ
return to native country by using all guarantees provided . ﮫﻳﺪﻟ ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا ﻞﺒﻗ ﻦﻣ ﺎ ﻓﻮﺗ ﻢﺗ ﻟا تﻻﺎﻔﻜﻟا و تﺎﻧﺎﻤﻀﻟا

Fifteenth article: : ﺮﺸﻋ ﺔﺴﻣﺎ ا ةدﺎﳌا
Second party obliges that all contracts signed with و ﻦ ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا ﻊﻣ ﺎ ﻣ ﻳ ﻟا دﻮﻘﻌﻟا ﻊﻴﻤﺟ نﻮ ﻳ نﺄﺑ ﻲ ﺎﺜﻟا فﺮﻄﻟا م ﻠﻳ
