Whereas, the first party has the capabilities and تﺎﻣﺪ ا ﻢﻳﺪﻘﺘﻟ تﺎﻧﺎ ﻣ و تارﺪﻘﻟا ﮫﻳﺪﻟ لو فﺮﻄﻟا نﺎ ﺎﳌ
capacities to provide Umrah services and visitors of
Prophet’s Mosque as per the conditions and طوﺮﺸﻠﻟ ﺎﻘﺒﻃ ﻒ ﺮﺸﻟا يﻮﺒﻨﻟا ﺪ ﳌا راوزو ﻦ ﺮﻤﺘﻌﻤﻠﻟ
specifications defined by the concerned authorities in ﺔﻴ ﺮﻌﻟا ﺔﻜﻠﻤﳌﺎﺑ ﺔﻴﻤﺳﺮﻟا تﺎ ا ﺎ دﺪﺣ ﻟا تﺎﻔﺻاﻮﳌاو
the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and licensed to practice
such services. . تﺎﻣﺪ ا ﻚﻠﺗ ءادﺄﺑ ﮫﻟ ﺺﺧﺮﻣو ﺔﻳدﻮﻌﺴﻟا

And whereas, the second party is able to marketing Hajj ةرﺎ زو ةﺮﻤﻌﻟا تﻼﺣر ﺞﻣاﺮﺑ ﻖ ﻮﺴ ﻋ اردﺎﻗ ﻲ ﺎﺜﻟا فﺮﻄﻟا نﺎ ﺎﳌو
and Umrah programs and visiting the prophet’s mosque
to individuals and groups accurately and precisely and طﺎﺒﻀﻧاو ﺔﻗﺪﺑ تﺎﻋﺎﻤ او داﺮﻓﻸﻟ ﻒ ﺮﺸﻟا يﻮﺒﻨﻟا ﺪ ﳌا
has the capability for marketing the services of the first ﻊﻴﻤﺟ لو فﺮﻄﻟا تﺎﻣﺪﺧ ﻖ ﻮﺴ ﻋ ةرﺪﻘﻟا ﮫﻳﺪﻟو . ﻦﻳﺪﻳﺪﺷ

And whereas, the second party fulfilled all the conditions تﺎ ا ﺎ ﻠﻄﺘ ﺗ ﻟا طوﺮﺸﻟا ﺔﻓﺎ ﻟ ﻮﺘﺴﻣ ﻲ ﺎﺜﻟا فﺮﻄﻟا نﺎ ﺎﳌو
required by the concerned authority in his country to
arrange the travel trips and based on the will of both ن ﻓﺮﻄﻟا ﺔﺒﻏر ﻋ اءﺎﻨ و ﺮﻔﺴﻟا تﻼﺣر ﻢﻴﻈﻨﺘﻟ ﮫﺘﻟود ﺔﻴﻤﺳﺮﻟا

council of ministers in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia no ﺦ رﺎﺗو ( ٩٣ ) ﻢﻗر ﺔﻳدﻮﻌﺴﻟا ﺔﻴ ﺮﻌﻟا ﺔﻜﻠﻤﳌﺎﺑ ءارزﻮﻟا ﺲﻠﺠﻣ
(93) on 10/06/1420H, and its executive regulation issued ﺔﺤﺋﻼﻟا ﻦﻣ نوﺮﺸﻌﻟاو ﺔﻳدﺎ ا ةدﺎﻤﻠﻟ ذﺎﻔ ﻧإو ـ ١٤٢٠ / ٠٦ / ١٠
under the ministerial decision no 197/G/M dated
10/06/1420H and enforcement of article twenty one of ﺔﻴﻠ ﻞﻣﺎ ﺑ ﺎﻤ و ن ﻓﺮﻄﻟا ن ﺑ ا ﻟاو قﺎﻔﺗ ﻢﺗ ﺔﻳﺬﻴﻔﻨﺘﻟا
its executive regulation, it was agreed and accepted : ﻳ ﺎﻣ ﻋ ﺎﻣﺎﻈﻧو ﺎﻋﺮﺷ ة ﺘﻌﳌا فﺎﺻو و
between the parties in their full competence as follow:

First Article : : و ةدﺎﳌا
The above preamble and the contract annex considered أﺮﻘﺗو ﺪﻘﻌﻟا اﺬ ﻦﻣ أﺰﺠﺘﻳ ﻻ ءﺰﺟ ﺪﻘﻌﻟا ﻖ ﻣو ﻩﻼﻋأ ﺪﻴ ﻤﺘﻟا ﺘﻌ
as a integral part of this contract, and basing on this

Second Article : : ﺔﻴﻧﺎﺜﻟا ةدﺎﳌا
The meaning of the following expressions stated in this ءازإ ﺔ ﻮﳌا ﻲ ﺎﻌﳌا ﺪﻘﻌﻟا اﺬ ةدراﻮﻟا ﺔﻴﻟﺎﺘﻟا تارﺎﺒﻌﻟﺎﺑ ﺪﺼﻘﻳ
contract, the meanings explained against each of them,
unless the context requires otherwise. And the works دﺮﺗ ﻟا تﺎﻤﻠ ﻟا نأ ﺎﻤﻛ ﻚﻟذ فﻼﺧ ﻖﺑﺎﺴﻟا ﺾﺘﻘﻳ ﻢﻟ ﺎﻣ ﺎ ﻣ ﻞ
come in the singular form has the meaning of plural form ﻚﻟذ ﺺﻨﻟا ﺐﻠﻄﺗ ﺎﻤﻠ ﻊﻤ ا ﺔﻐﻴﺻ ﺎﻀﻳأ ﻞﻤﺤﺗ دﺮﻔﳌا ﺔﻐﻴﺼﺑ
as required by the text and vice versa.

1- Kingdom: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ﺔﻳدﻮﻌﺴﻟا ﺔﻴ ﺮﻌﻟا ﺔﻜﻠﻤ : ﳌا ﺔﻜﻠﻤﳌا ١ .
2- Mutamireen: Persons come from out of Saudi Arabia ﻚﺳﺎﻨﻣ ءادﻷ ﺔﻜﻠﻤﳌا جرﺎﺧ ﻦﻣ نﻮﻣدﺎﻘﻟا صﺎ : ﻦ ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا ٢ .

3- Country of Mutamer: Country where Mutamer come ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا ﺎ ﻣ مﺪﻗ ﻟا ﺪﻠﺒﻟا وأ ﺔﻟوﺪﻟا : ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا ﺔﻟود ٣ .
