B- License for practicing the activity. ﺔﻨ ﳌا ﺔﻟواﺰ ﻣ ﺔﺼﺧر ب -
2- Documents for authorized signatories of this contract. ﺪﻘﻌﻟا اﺬ ﻋ ﻊﻴﻗﻮﺘﻟا ﺔﻴﺣﻼﺼﺑ ن ﺿﻮﻔﻤﻠﻟ تاﺪﻨ ﺴﳌاو ﻖﺋﺎﺛﻮﻟا ٢ -

3- Names of the senior officers for each party, full ﺔﻴﺣﻼﺼﻟا بﺎ أ ﻦﻣ فﺮﻃ ﻞ ﻟ ن ﻴﺴ ﺋﺮﻟا ن ﻔﻇﻮﳌا ءﺎﻤﺳأ ٣ -

Mutamer and accepted by Saudi Monetary Agency in ﻲ ﺮﻌﻟا ﺪﻘﻨﻟا ﺔﺴﺳﺆﻣ ﻦﻣ ﺔﻟﻮﺒﻘﻣو ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا ﺔﻴﻟود ةﺪﻤﺘﻌﳌا كﻮﻨﺒﻟا
behalf of the first party in amount of SR 200,000 (Two يدﻮﻌﺳ لﺎ ر ) ٢٠٠,٠٠٠ ﻎﻠﺒﻤﺑ لو فﺮﻄﻟا ﺔ ﺼﳌ يدﻮﻌﺴﻟا

Eighth Article: : ﺔﻨﻣﺎﺜﻟا ةدﺎﳌا
First Party obliges to carry out the services assigned to
him in the Kingdom as per the signed contract between
the Second Party and Mutamer in full agreed ﺔﻜﻠﻤﳌا ﻞﺧاد ﮫﺑ ﺔﻃﻮﻨﳌا تﺎﻣﺪ ا يدﺆﻳ نﺄﺑ لو فﺮﻄﻟا م ﻠﻳ
specifications with Mutamer precisely and accurately and ﻖﻔﺘﳌا تﺎﻔﺻاﻮﳌا ﻞﻣﺎ ﺑ ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا و ﻲ ﺎﺜﻟا فﺮﻄﻟا ن ﺑ م ﳌا ﺪﻘﻌﻟا
in the agreed level and within the program limits sold to
Mutamer. As well as obligation by the Second Party to و ﮫﻴﻠﻋ ﻖﻔﺘﳌا يﻮﺘﺴﳌﺎﺑ و طﺎﺒﻀﻧ و ﺔﻗﺪﻟﺎﺑ و ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا ﻊﻣ ﺎ ﻠﻋ

company, whatever its legal form and authorized to ﻦ ﺮﻤﺘﻌﳌا تﺎﻣﺪﺧ لﺎﻤﻋأ ﺔﻟواﺰﻤﺑ ﺎ ﻟ ﺺﺧﺮﻣ ﻲﻣﺎﻈﻨﻟا ﺎ ﻠ ﺷ نﺎ ﺎﻳأ
