Sprawling across two floors of the new pavilion, the rehabilita.on center is the first-of-its-kind in the
region and brings AdventHealth Central Florida’s inpa.ent rehab services to a single loca.on. The

Fourth floor, coined the Body Restoring Center, provides specialty rehabilita.ve care for pa.ents who
suffered a spinal cord injury or those with a complex orthopedic diagnosis, medical complexi.es or
general neurological deficits. The fiHh floor, called the Mind Restoring Center, offers specialty rehabili-
ta.on services for people recovering from a stroke or brain injury. The rehabilita.on facility adds 60
private pa.ent rooms across two floors. The Nicholoson Pavilion now features 140 private pa.ent
rooms.

AdventHealth Orlando 8th & 9th Floor Renova.on project at the Women’s Pavilion. This project con-
sisted of a complete build out of the 8th & 9th Floors. The 8th floor project space contains 36 beds for
a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)- 28,897 square foot. The 9th floor project space con-
tains 32 beds for Medical/Surgery– 28,2897 square foot.
