· RT Tavarez—Field Opera.ons Mgr.
Healthcare Opera.ons Manager that plans, organizes and directs all ac.vi.es at the department level. Monitors
overall quan.ty and quality of work performed by staff and serves as senior technical advisor to all Project
Superintendents and Project Mangers.
· Farah Monsour—Project Mgr.
Mrs. Farah Mansour is a Project Manager with over 10 years of Mul.-disciplinary, upscale and complex projects
experience and has a successful history of performance. Farah worked in various roles in Project Management, Cost
Es.ma.ng, Opera.ons, Engineering and Business Development. Farah is fluent in Spanish & French.
· Brad Lewis—VDC Mgr.
Coordina.on amongst other trades u.lizing BIM and crea.ng detailed field installa.on drawings. Generates BIM
models and collaborates with design professionals for integra.ons into the project.
· Ted Stanton– Lead Superintendent
Has been with Tri-City 20+ years and has completed appren.ceship training as well as numerous leadership, safety,
and equipment training classes.
· Josiha Schuh—Safety Mgr.
Responsible for safety requirements for subcontractors and all Tri-City field staff assigned to his projects.

Preconstruc-on Team
· Dennis Jones—Preconstruc.on Mgr.
Responsible for the supervision of the Commercial Es.ma.ng Department at the Central Florida Division.
· Troy Chroniger—Sr. Es.mator
Has 23 years experience in computerized, on screen and hand take-off es.ma.ng and 10 years of experience
managing a team from establishing bid opportuni.es through final price in mul.ple project delivery methods.
· Andy Burger—Sr. Es.mator
Has been employed with Tri-City since 1993 and has 38 years experience in the electrical industry.. Worked his way
up from field foreman to senior es.mator.
· Gregory Evans—Es.mator
Has worked in the field on projects such as theme park rides, restaurants, schools and hospitals. Is a recent graduate
from FEAT and serves on the board of directors.
