Busy Winter Season
It’s been a busy winter so far for Tiglin. We had
the pleasure of being invited to spend a
wonderful day at Áras an Uachtaráin meeting
President Higgins and his family. It was a
particular special day for the staff, residents and
reunited families who went along. Salesforce
staff spent another night sleeping out on the streets of Dublin raising awareness of homelessness and doing much needed fundraising. Our residential units are busy preparing for the Christmas season particularly for Santa coming! We hope you enjoy these stories and lots of updates in this edition of our newsletter.
Tiglin Documentary
Throughout the year there has been filming at Tiglin for a forthcoming documentary on “Life at Tiglin”
Directed by award winning director, Alan Gilsenan and produced by World2000, Ardmore studios Ciara Appelbe. The documentary follows the life of students and staff on the Tiglin programme and also features the huge involvement of our patron Judge Gillian Hussey, we look forward to sharing this documentary with you when it is launched.
