Bartender Work Group:
In addition to the server work group environment responsibilities, you will now add the bar and all related storage
areas. Pay special attention to the music and energy level in the bar, as it’s a slightly different environment than the
dining room and front desk. When you own the Bartender work group, you are managing the entire restaurant
environment in preparation for the GM position.
• Bar Top Maintenance and Cleanliness
• Bar Area Floors, Walls, Windows
• Music and Temperature in Bar Area
• All Back Server/Front Desk/Server Checkpoints
