of hazardous chemicals and safety data sheets.

The training information provided for the employees shall include:

                      • Methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical.
                      • Physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work areas.
                      • Measures of protection from hazards employees can take (e.g. safety procedures, PPE to be used).
                      • Details of the Hazard Communication Program (e.g. labeling system, SDS, how employees can
obtain and use the appropriate hazard information).

The restaurant shall maintain records of those attending the orientation session with the name of the General
Manager conducting the training, the date of the training and the names of participants on the Hazard
               Communication Training Log.

Prior to completing a non-routine task (Section 8.2.5), Fox Restaurant Concepts will ensure that the employees
responsible for completing the task will be provided the training as set forth in Sections 11.3 and 11.4. The
same procedure will be implemented where there are workers of other employers (Section 8.2.6) providing
