Personal hygiene

                   improve nutrition by making eating more enjoyable.

                   f.  Good oral hygiene is necessary for the prevention of dental caries,

                       periodontal diseases, bad breath and other dental problems.



           Tooth Brushing:



               1.  Brush teeth twice a day and rinse well after every meal.

               2.  Brushing before going to bed is important

               3.  Brush down on the upper teeth and brush up on the lower teeth. Use a


                  circular motion.

               4.  Pay attention to the tongue and the inner surface of teeth as well.


         4.Nail care (Cutting and filing the nails)


                   1.  To cut the nails, use sharp clippers or nail scissors and follow the


                       contour of each nail.

                   2.  If there are torn cuticles, cut off the loose skin.

                   3.  Never cut off more skin or the cuticles could thicken and become

                       infected.


                   4.  Rinse and dry the fingers thoroughly.

                   5.  Finally apply hand cream.


           5. Foot Care:

           Daily cleaning and regular trimming are important parts of foot care. They


           help to do the following:



                      1- Prevent infection.

                      2- Control foot odor.

                      3- Stimulating blood flow to the feet.

                      4- Keep the feet health and conformable.
