Personal hygiene
           --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

5- Prevent foot pain that can lead to fatigue, muscle aches, and

                        limited movement.

               6. Bathing:

Bathe often should be every day when the weather is hot, and after

working hard or sweating. Frequent bathing helps prevent skin

infections, dandruff, pimples, itching and rashes.

               7. Face hygiene

Face hygiene includes all parts of the face. The most important area

to keep clean is the eyes. The eye discharges protective fluids that could

dry and accumulate around the eye. They are visible when a person gets

up in the morning. The organic substance of the eye discharge can attract

flies and this is dangerous because the fly is a carrier (vector) of trachoma

           and conjunctivitis.

A person should wash their face every morning in order to remove

all dirt that they have come in contact with during the course of the day.

This will keep your face clean all day. Children are advised to wash their

face frequently. Never to share face towel with others.

        Factors Influencing Hygienic Practices :

           1- Social factors:

                 1. The social groups to which a client relates can influence personal

hygiene practices. During childhood, children acquire the hygiene practices

of their parents. Family customs, the number of

people in the house, are just a few of the factors influencing hygiene

           care.
