How to Search for Contacts
Contact records in Siebel 8.1 contains customer contact information. In this screen
you can search for an existing contact, create a new contact, and updating a
Contact.
NOTE: Searching will determine if a customer’s record exist (history).
Searching for a Contact
When the no match is found the search pane will open.
You can use the search pane to search for a customer record.
The most efficient search is a query
Click “X” to close the search pane
Click on the “Contacts Tab” to continue
