ICS Siebel 8.1 and Master Template Overview


                         Contact Tab - click the “New Query” button to open a new contact line
                         Enter search criteria here

                         Enter the customer’s full name and state
                         Click “Execute Query” button























                    Note:  The fields are case sensitive.  Follow the rules for capitalizing names and
                   addresses


                         When the query returns multiple records

                         Right click and click “Refine Query” refining allows you to add more details to
                          the original search criteria.

                         If the customer’s contact record is found
                              o  Click the last name
                              o  If no record is found in query search, you will create a new Contact
                                 record.
