ICS Siebel 8.1 and Master Template Overview

Existing SRs, if applicable, will be displayed under the “Service Request” tab. From
here, you can review the “Abstract” and “Description Fields”, providing a summary of
the SR, to determine if the SRs are related to the current concern.

It is possible that an SR is not
listed here due to being set up
under a spouse’s/third part
caller’s name!
Search for an SR by VIN

Step 1: You can also use the VIN for your search. Click the
Search button:

Step 2:
 Select vehicles from the “Look in” field drop-down menu

 Enter the last eight digits of the VIN in the VIN (Last 8 Digits) field
 Click the “search” button

We ask customers
for the last eight
digits of the VIN. If
you have the full
VIN, it can be
entered into the VIN
(17 Digits) field.
Also, if the last eight
digits result in too
many hits, enter the
full VIN.
