The Communications screen will
populate.
 Click the scroll down

 Click on Incoming Email and
the Email view populates.

To respond to an email from this screen:
 Highlight the line
 Click on ‘Reply’ at the top.
 Do not click on the hyperlink under the
Subject tab.
