ICS Siebel 8.1 and Master Template Overview

 Once you click ‘Reply’
.
 The email will open showing the Incoming
Message on the top and the Outgoing Message
. below.
 Type your reply message above the thread and

hit ‘Send’.
NOTE: There are two ‘Send’ buttons –one at the top
of the outgoing message and one at the bottom

.
Emails will be sent to the ICS common bucket
 Queuing in Siebel until they are retrieved by the email
team.
 The email team will attach the email to the appropriate
existing SR
o Or it will set up a new SR if needed
To retrieve an email
 Click “My Incoming Email”
 All ‘In Progress’ emails will appear ; specifically for that
advisor
