documentation.
 Please note that the activity status will
update to Done once you hit ‘Send’

Sending an Email from the SR

If you need to send a follow up email
 You can send via the SR.
 When working within an SR
o Make sure you clicked the correct one!
 Open the File Menu
 Choose Send Email (or you may press F9.)
o This will ensure the email was sent to the correct address
 When clicking on ‘Send Email’
 A ‘Pick Recipient’ window will appear
 Choose (None) and hit the OK button
 Once you hit OK the ‘Send Email’ window will appear

 Verify the ‘From’ address is appropriate group your sending response from
o ICS email address is infotainment@gm.com
