Verizon users can register an alias at vtext.com to give out instead of their phone
number. Both alias@vtext.com and phone_number@vtext.com will be valid
addresses for the phone.

Siebel Calendar

NOTE: In the event you are absent
 Establish relationships with other ICS Advisors and give them access
in Siebel to view your calendar.
 This will ensure any scheduled follow up calls are handled in your
absence.
Reminder: The TL should be given access as well.

How to open your calendar:
 Open your calendar by clicking on the Calendar Tab.

 Click <Access List>
 To add a person to your list
 Click on the drop down
o Choose Last Name, In the next field, using the correct
capitalization
o Type the person’s last name
o Click the circled arrow
o Check ‘Allow Access’ and step off to save.
