Chapter 7

                                                 Leaves of Absences

             Policy

The Company provides paid and unpaid leaves in various categories to assist employees in meeting their
personal, family, health and safety needs as follows:

                1. Personal Leave
                2. Sick Leave
                3. Maternity Leave

                4. Military Service Leave
                5. Monkhood Leave
                6. Vasectomy / Tubal Ligation Leave
                7. Leave for Training or Skill Development

An employee is required to submit an e-leave request preceding the leave. Normally, leave can only be taken
with prior approval from his/her supervisor.

Taking leave of absence beyond 30 working days per calendar year may affect an employee’s performance.

It may result in the proportionate pay or the ineligibility of bonus, other benefits or annual salary increment.

To facilitate the smooth operation of the Company, employees are expected to comply with the outlined
procedures. Failure to do so will be considered an absence from work without leave, which is deemed improper
negligence from duty or the violation of leave procedure. It will result in a disciplinary action and no pay on that

             day.
